What are penny sleeves or top loaders?

Hi Guys
Is there any link to a picture or website that stocks penny sleeves and top loaders? I'm not entirely sure of what you mean by those terms, as I might know them by another name.

hey mate,

basically there just protection for the cards, i personally put the cards in a card sleeves and than put cards into a top loader
