Topps big game collection what do u think?

hey guyz what do u think about the new topps big game collection? is it worth buying or collecting? i thought it looks allright but some of the cards design was pretty ugly. whats ur say?

I'm thinking about getting a box

I really like some of the designs.

I'm also a bit disappointed with Topps flooding the market with some stuff like -
*Lettermans
*Logomans
*Team logos from jerseys
*auto jerseys (rookies i've seen - auto + hat/ball/jersey/pants prob. more)

yeah me too but its pretty solid for the price of a case. if u pull a nice 1/1 u can almost get 1/3 to 1/2 of the case cost.

I got the Harris Letterman 1/1 today, "L" from Dallas.
$76.00 + postage ($2.50)

Also got a Big Collection JSY #18/99 for $0.99c.... he he he. (actually looks like a Chrome card).

But ur'e right, pull a couple of 1/1s and ya got ya cash back, plus some no doubtedly decent trade bait.

theres a few big pulls on the checklist. a nice wade lettermen(if theres 1) or a duncan lettermen can get u around 250 to 350 for sure. reason is am thinking of getting a case but not sure if its worth the risk what do u think?

i must be the only one who likes this set compared to some ppl..
i honostly think the rookie/auto card designs are the best ive seen for some time

Saw an Iverson Auto from them today, now although his cards pull a nice pay cheque, the auto was munted...!

Hey sure, what's a case worth? Might be interested in a box from ya, could help spread the $ for it??

Surely tho, it's like anything, a risk is always possible, but with a case, you're pretty certain to get SOMETHING...

a case delivered to australia is probably around 700 u.s for 12 box. thats around 80 aus which is really cheap for the box that we pay for that much.

the logoman and 1/1 patch looks ugly but they sell good

the auto jersey, in my opinion, looks quite nice

Aside from the lettermen, they're not bad.. not as attractive as the SPx and the newer products, but sweet nevertheless. I've a few cards coming in from this release.. including a Kidd jersey auto. I like how the jerseys are numbered too.. some to 99, some to 79.. but how come the autos are numbered to 199?

i like that design better for a tin, this one is a bit hit and miss, so to sp signature but least you get a shot at something massive, and someone will get that 1 per case card.
same sorta price, id perfer sp sig

yeah i know mate thats why i want to see what every is after 1st. the only thing i like about the big game collection is theres is a case hit as well.
