ok so this guy ends up sending me an offer on one of my cards (james harden 1/1 black flawless) i counter offered wich i thought was abit high, but anyway he accepts the offer.

At first i noticed his account location was UK with a US address?? When he paid for the card he changed address to a complex CHINESE address.

So by then i was even more suspicious, so i told him do you have an Australian address he said no worries i have an Australian address.

What you guys think?

Yay or ney??

Send it with signature required?

Or ask for a comc address? The photo they take on arrival should cover you surely?

Not sure if i want to take chances these days. If i cancel the order he'l neg me, and that will my second neg in 3 months for basicaly the same reason.

Yep don't send it. I got screwed by PayPal chargeback recently. The credit card companies have the final say these days. Even if you can prove shipment they'll most likely side with the buyer.

I know you have to send to confirmed paypal addresses.

But it just feels like hes up to something to me. So i think ill give this buyer a miss and gain another neg.

Even if it's sent registered the buyer can say the purchase was unauthorised and wham bam thank you ma'am your out $1600. The credit card companies decide.

So therefore every ebay transaction, as a seller (if sent via registered/EMS and complies with all ebay and paypal requests) can be just revoked and all funds returned to buyers using this above scam idea?
Makes selling on ebay a bit shady!
