does anyone know if its "legal" to sell pontel dvds over ebay?

it would have to be just do a search for "NBA dvd" and you will see just how many bootlegs they are letting sell on there

haha a lot of em say you are bidding on a random bball card, and you get the dvd for free....sneaky...but not fully legit!

I guess you keeping the burnt copy is illegal, but selling the pontel on ebay is legal? The only way it is legal to copy is if you own the original. Since you will sell on ebay and someone will take ownership of the dvd, it makes the burnt one illegal, but I guess selling it over on ebay is illegal, Just my thoughts.

never sold real disks.. would never sell them...

but if i was to, it wouldnt be illegal.. i mean its an authorised copy, and your selling something thats authorised and something you no longer want..

im just wondering if I should burn copies for myself (along with the 9 other copies im doing for spurs fans) and then sell the original to make a bit more $$ off the whole project.

Then I guess selling them won't make it illegal, guess you should sell some of them to get some $$$ back :wink:

I couldnt see NO reason why you couldnt sell the Pontel's on Ebay.

Just be careful what you talk about openly on here, dont want us being shut down due to copyright infringements, etc.....

Oh, and it's Illegal to copy ANYTHING that is Copyright Protected, no matter how many times you hear it being talked about "backing up originals" it's protected material, punishable by law....
