people on ebay re listing a card you just bought of them

couldn't believe it.
I was so happy I just got a porzingis rookie patch auto on ebay from the new luxe in an auction.
the next day I'm looking at the luxe cards and I find the card relisted.
I sent a complaint strait to him and reported them to ebay.
but now I know I probably wont get the card that I just bought.
ebay really sucks sometimes.
