Personally - This is just a product dump. All the spare prints that they'll never use. We'll use them for these redemptions the shit athletes are never giving us back, put a weird stamp on them and tell the collectors they are 1/1

If panini value a card at $100+ (which is how you get these) wouldnt it be better to send a money order or voucher for an agreed amount...

Its like when I was a kid I traded a Dunstall redemption for a box of Fleer cos Id never busted a box before and of course I hit absolutely nothing.

If you hit your redemption in packs, fair enough. But if I purchased a high end redemption for $XXX Id be pissed to have no say in the replacement

I don’t mind them, especially if the 1/1 stamp is printed on the back of the card, they seem to hold a fair bit of value which is good I guess for anyone moving them, but really just another win for panini against the collector.
