Thoughts and feedback on Panini Rewards Point system. Point value, variety and value of cards in reward section, and being charged postal cost?

Hi guys,

I recently requested points for expired redemptions from 7 Years ago.
I was told half book value for the cards below:

Kobe Bryant 2010-11 Timeless Treasures
MVP Materials Signatures #3/25
Wall / Cousins / ? 2010 Panini Elite Black Box
The Rookies Triple Signature #5/49
Sherron Collins 2010-11 Timeless Treasures Rookie Recruits Signature #141/299

Points Received: 6850

Now, available cards to choose from:
There is nothing to choose from, no cards of value, no players I collect, no packs.
I had to accept half book value, which is fine, but having absolute crap to choose from is piss poor!
KOBE AUTO replaced with points to get what?
Now, postage!! Really??
