Organising PMs (conversations) in new system

I used to be able to save certain PMs into groups that I could create (eg 'group buys', addresses). I can't work out how to do that in the new system.

Also, I can't work out how to delete PMs that I don't need anymore. I can 'leave a conversation' but this doesn't appear to delete anything, just stop me from getting replies.

I had a look through all the threads in this help section since the changeover but couldn't seen anything.

At the moment I don't think there's a way to have groups for conversations. I will see if anyone has suggested this or the software.

Regarding leaving a conversation, once you do that it should remove it from your inbox. Once all people leave the conversation it will be removed from the database (deleted)

If its not working like that let me know.

Thanks, I have left a bunch of conversations. By the way, when the new software created conversations from old PMs, it created separate conversations for lots of PMs that were actually replies to each other. It seems to handle responses for new conversations though.

Yeah unfortunately that was the only want the import could handle them.

But yes any new conversations are much better

so is a conversation the new PM. Used to click on user name and get the drop down menu with send PM to! can't find it now !

Click on the username, a profile box comes up. Look for "Start a conversation"
