NRL Legends Case Cards Question

Just trying to work out what happened in 2019 to the Legend Case Cards. It seems that case cards for Arthur Summons and Ricky Stuart were not produced. Just wanted to check if this was the case as they started to number the following case card series from 15 onwards which would correspond with there being 14 cards before 2020. If anyone knows would be greatly appreciated.
