Need some help identifying a card

Hey,

I was looking through some cards and had a second look at this one , can anyone help me identify if this is a silver prizm or a base as I know they didn’t do anything to the 12/13 to be able to check on the back. Also it has a small I’m guessing printing error to the left of his face, does something like this hugely effect the value of the card?

Looks like a prizm to me. As to the small dent.... factory/print fault. Fairly common with chromium stock cards.
