Because /999 is a true rookie which has more value than parellel compared to rarity of the numbering.. actually for me, it's just the same card but for many of the collectors, the value more of true RC cards... i guess.

base card is valued low $3.00 high $8.00
it mention a sub set reflections 100 and it says some of the set has jersey swatches but are #numbered to 100
i can't find any patches mentionedthatare numbered # to twenty five
sorry this is the best i can do.maybe somebody else knows the answer

As a general rule, cards numbered to 25 or less are "unpriced due to scarcity" by the slack-jaws at Beckett headquarters.

It's classified as Reflection 25 not priced due to scarcity.
this month beckett is listed as lo $4 hi $10...
reflection /100 is .75x to 2x base hi
reflection /50 is 1.25x to 3x base hi
so, figuratively, it would/could/should be considered as
2x to 4x base hi..
meaning $40 HI in my opinion... since it's rookie parellel it should worth $40BV..
