Moved Old Trade Threads

There were plenty of old trade threads with no replies, and just as many trade threads with both replies but no feedback left either way.

I've moved all trade threads older than 1 year with no replies to cancelled status, and any with 2 replies older than 1 year to completed. Feedback can still be left via the Trade Manager for these deals if you like, you just need to filter on completed deals and the option will be there.
