The baseball Quad auto that just sold for $88000 USD has started me thinking what is the most expensive card you have seen sold/advertised.

Have a look at this set that sold earlier this year for $800000 USD.

It is worth reading the story about the collection.

I know it is baseball but for card collectors it is amazing to see what people are willing to hand over for some cardboard.

anyone notice on the bak of the SGC sticker, they spell guarantee wrong? Im pretty sure the yanks spell it the same way as us

yeh i was wondering that too....its spelt the same way by the guy who wrote that article too.....maybe he made the SGC stickers :shock: ??oooooooooaaahhhhhh

Just show everyone that SGC is the real deal when they have this set and they go for SGC over GAI, psa etc

Amazing find that was and only a short while ago. Still no where near an Honus for single card price.
