Leaving feedback

Maybe its me, but it seemed the old version of this software was easier to leave feedback when others have given you feedback first. It had that yellow tablet which would tell you that you needed to leave feedback and now its gone.

Is this a work in progress with feedback?

Also, how to leave feedback article in this forum might need to be updated....
