Issues with Panini Customer Support

Hello peeps,

I just tried to log a general request through there customer support page at Panini and all ways of doing so seem to have vanished.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I also tried to respond to a general inquiry request but it has been closed without it being finalised. Not going to call them from here either as that could cost thousands to sit and wait to here a rubbish answer.
 
Their customer service isn't good, I agree
I logged a general request in a month ago, they responded with a rubbish answer a week later.
Yea they close their requests after they respond, pretty stupid.
 
Panini customer service used to be terrible...worst of all the card companies... assume they still are... You raise a ticket, they give you some BS answer and close it, you re-open, they close again.... it goes on and on. Had a hell of a time getting a shorted hit out of them a few years back, made me very wary about buying much Panini stuff, so haven't had to deal with them lately...
