Is this Ebay auction a fake card? Help appreciated

Was looking at having a bid on this card and a may thought it might be fake based on the patch

2013-14 Panini Spectra Green Prizm Logo Patch Autograph Auto Tom Chambers 42/49

Yes the patch is fake. Note that he is a consignor and the card may not be his.

This gets me... This seller, tntnorthnj, has sold a gazillion fakes, so should know better, but gets a pass because they're 'on consignment'.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TNTNORTHNJ UNLESS YOU CAN VERIFY ITS LEGITMACY.
