Been an on-again off-again viewer of posts when in need of a card fix. An awesome forum with a bunch of great, straight-shooting and helpful guys (& I assume gals). I've really enjoyed coming to Oztrader for the lowdown on NBA & AFL collecting.
I'm a huge J-Kidd & Mavs fan, and a passionate & paid up member of the mighty Hawks. I've been collecting VFL/ AFL cards since 1985 and NBA since '94. Left the hobby in '98 and found my way back in 2004. Since then I have worked to fill in the gaps of my Kidd collection and bought NBA boxes somewhat sporadically.
The reason I chose now to join the forum was to show my fellow collectors a truly one-off pull from a box of 11-12 Fleer Retro which I finally bought. I figured if I don't get it out there no-one will get a chance to see it (I doubt I would ever sell or trade it). Check my post if you are interested - MJ 1/1 auto...
Anyway, I look forward to reading and contributing to this forum when time permits, thanks for taking the time to read my story.
