Equal $500 it's been for me: many collectors would think I'm nuts should I disclose what they were however not to mention $1k for a NRL card which I eventually sacrificed in able to acquire some other AFL cards that are seldom for sale and we're 1/1 editions of such cards and nobody would be as sentimental about them as me. In other words these are never to be seen again unless someone prepared to give me a pretty damn good price and/or deal which is unlikely
$85 for a Tom Mitchell Signature Rookie, manage to hold back my impulse urge to buy a few of the more expensive Sam Mitchell cards, will break soon enough.
Would hate to know how much I've spent on my Dunstall collection over the last 25 years. But collection is worth a lot more that I've spent. 90 odd cards plus stickers, and other weird odds and ends. Still a few more to get.
Just to add to this discussion, I wouldn't like to know how much I've spent on my collections especially considering GWS cards hold less value than most other club cards but my JK future force gold signature is a card in my PC that is holding more value than from what I paid for it in 2013.
