Hmmmmm I originally thought that..... but on the replay I dunno....... he may have hit his arm, maybe not...... possibly even was all ball...... but looks like he hit his hand or something, but they say the hand is part of the ball so I dunno.

Unless it's major, which IMO it wasn't upon seeing the replay, the refs usually let them play in those situations...... which I agree with.
