The NBA's best point guards ever.

Should I sell my Kidd cards now?

considering neither has led a team to a championship, its a little rich to label them best PGs ever. best PGs of the past 10-15 yrs perhaps :D

Stockton was great, no doubt about it. I think Kidd has achieved more than him tho yeah?

And Nash.... he's drilled them both.

Did ya'll also know, that Kidd has now tied big Wilt with the record of 78 career 3Ds!!! (I think it said 78, maybe it said 73...) but still....

Well done Kiddo! He'll get another 5 buy the season's end.

Steve Nash enjoying the spoils of last nights win!

Jason Kidd was arrested and charged after mising the shot that could have won the Nets the game.

You're 100% right Scotty:
The classic game also saw Nets point guard Jason Kidd tie Wilt Chamberlain for third place with 78 career triple-doubles. Kidd finished with 38 points, 14 rebounds and 14 assists, but the point guard dribbled the ball off his foot with 10 seconds left, costing the Nets a chance to tie.

Nash had a great game with 42 points and double digit assists & J.Kidd's game was awesome with a tripple double which included 38 points. Great effort by both players.

i second that!!

what about Magic and Bird?? weren't they guards??

Bird was a SF

Edit: just saw someone else reply to that..

may i also add, if nash had nicer stats in his early days, he'd be better than stockton

kidd has been at this level for a long time.. still, they are 2 of the greatest PG's ever..

Call me a dumbarse, but I'd consider Nash to be a better player than Stockton.

I think Stockton's Assists came MOSTLY from the Mail Man dunking on people, or scoring down low, etc.

Where as with Nash, he's got Amare to do the same job, but also has shooters on the win, leapers catching the alley-oops, and more.

And whilst Kidd is awesome, his stats have been consistent since he and Grant Hill became co ROYs. I think one year it was a chase to see who'd get more 3D's Kidd or Hill.

So definatley 2 of the greatest!
