Futera redemption card hole punch, or lack of

Hey all, I have a couple of Futera signature cards from 90's that don't have the hole punched out of the redemption card eg 94/95 Mark Waugh sig - i noticed the other ones have got a hole in redemption card.

Does this mean the signature is not official?? Fake?? The signatures look identical to others ive seen on ebay

I think it means that they weren't redeemed.
Might be worth more to a die hard collector.
