Footy stars 2022

i had 2 cards - one was a 2nd chance, the other a Vinyl Album - it came today and they sent me a starter pack instead. ive emailed them to see if it was an error and what the deal is
 
Does anyone know if you receive back the virtuoso redemption when you redeem it ?
 
Just redeemed a Win card I got out of a starter… won a vinyl album that’ll be arriving Monday. Decent win, although I already own one haha. I’ll keep the sheets and packs and I’ll find something for the binder
 
Have a question for anyone that might know . When you receive your bonus virtuoso card in the jumbo cases can it be a signature version ? I have a couple unopened.
