Very interesting read

I have never really got into collecting sets but always happy to add a nice Jordan common if it has a good action shot that i have not seen before !

Adding players like Jordan, Magic, Bird etc can only expand the number of people who are likely to show interest in collecting a particular set IMO !

Too many subets with 20 + of the same player is done way too much and i cant stand it when they use the same Pics over and over apart fm that i say KEEP EM COMIN

bleh. The sets should be for current ACTIVE players. If you get over your Jordan obsession for a minute you would get the point being made.

I don't want to see Havlicek cards in the common set either. Its pointless and not relevant. Jordan can have sub sets or inserts etc but its getting old real fast for a lot of fans. Bird and Magic saved the NBA but the league has allowed itself to move on. Bout time UD did the same thing and embraced and helped create the stars of today and tomorrow more. The more they rely on Jordan the more they shoot themselves in the foot by underexposing other great players STILL active!

Baseball and football to a lesser extent are good trends to folow, AFAIK they sell more than NBA cards and they let there legends die cards wise appart from a few very limited inserts...
