fake ewing patch?

now im pretty sure this is fake. the funny looking serial numbering on the back, plus the fact it hasnt got a bid yet tells me its probably a fake. if its real though its a mad dual patch, and ewing patches dont come around too often, esp sonics/magic ones, so i had to be sure and get some other opinions. the seller has got pretty good FB too.

DO a search for other patches from the same set and see if the numbering on the back is the same.

Your right, that numbering looks sus for sure......this is why I think Fleer selling those blank cards has ruined card collecting (with newer Fleer cards anyways).

That could well be a legit card but the numbering looks sus so MHO is that it is a fake (ie one with the patches added not by Fleer).

The fact that its from 01/02 though, I don't think its from the Fleer auctions.

anyway, thanks for the help antoine and richo, i didnt realise the fleer auctions only sold newer (04/05) stuff, and that other card has the same numbering so it looks alright. might have a crack at it
