Good outcome Brendan, it seems that they always skew these issues in favour of the buyer. I don't see why they would ever side against reputable 100% feedback sellers without investigating each case thoroughly. I reckon they can afford to lose the odd dodgy buyer (slow-paying, non-paying, non-feedback-leaving deadbeats etc, etc) but not the dependable sellers.Rang their appeals section. They read through all the messages and sided with me. Negative FB removed!!
