PSA3, what's so bad about this card to only get a 3 ?

No idea buddy. The back looks clean whereas some copies in a higher grade have clear damage. The card is well centered enough and there are no surface issues.

There must be something about the card that I don't know of but is known to PSA. It's weird alright.
