thought id start a thread on todays game considering their are alot of celt fans here on the forum. My man Ricky Davis scored 9 of his 27 points in OT to breeze past Larry Browns team the NYK. Very impressive stats from the C's.

I think we have found our new pg :D
Delonte West 14p 9a 9r 4b 3s
he went nuts, i saw the highlights and his passing awareness is first rate.
RickyD 27p 10-22fg 2-3 3pt, 5 steals 5 assists
the truth 30p 12r

great start to our season, eat shit Larry Brown, you old bastard'

lost today by a point. mark blount looked to be the unlikely hero hitting a jumper with .8 of a sec to spare. score was 81-80, detroit made a full TO and then Boston nervously made a 20 sec TO when they got on the floor. and RIP pulled something out of his ass, hitting a winning jumper with .1 of a sec remaining. hows that for celtic luck..
wasnt happy when it went it, pierce played great although missed some crucial three-throws late in the 4th. Boston have a new PG and his name is Delonte West :D i see why his card market value is rising, and rickyd shot preety poor but played the team role and finished with, 10p 8a 5r
80 games left, nothing to pull your hair out to, but that was an extremely unlucky result at home.
fuck you R.I.P

thats a poor play with 0.8 sec left

no one was on the ball (Tayshaun) at baseline, let him passing the ball easily

RickyD ate dust from RIP, although 2 Wallaces-screens were huge...

other Celtics were all audience in that 0.8 sec

Actually no one on the pass was a good thing. It just didn't come off. Prince has long arms and was gonna get a good look to inbound anyway. Better off having the free man to help out. They will learn from this and shit happens. Thats all. If they had pulled out a stop and win everyone would be "great play". Thems the breaks. The media knows shit about ball sometimes.

I'm happy we can stick with a team like Detroit who have the chemistry and experiance while we are very 'green' and not set in our defensive sets, offensive rotations and with players not yet sure of their roles etc.

Great start for the Celtics I reckon. Pierce is playing well. The team seams too be working well together. Man, I wish I had pay tv to watch the games!
