Celtics executive director of basketball operations Danny Ainge revealed today that center Kendrick Perkins dislocated his shoulder in Wednesday's practice. "It's not bad, bad," said Ainge this afternoon in his weekly appearance on Boston sports radio station WEEI.

Ainge said he hopes to have Perkins back after the All-Star break.
With forward Al Jefferson going down with a sprained ankle against the Clippers Friday night, Ainge said he expects rookie Ryan Gomes to get more playing time. The ankle injury is expected to shelve the Jefferson for at least two weeks.
