I was setting up a payment elsewhere and noticed my bank account had a credit for $264. I checked what it was and there was a refund from Select. it appears to be made on the same day as the order, 12th May.

I have no idea. My transaction was smooth as. I logged on at 5 to 7, refreshed the product right on 7pm, selected Brilliance and went to checkout. I ticked the T&Cs box, unticked the marketing box, paid with a stored card and that was it. Simplest and fastest transaction ever. By the time I switched over to email, the confirmation had already arrived.

I then came here and watched the shit show unfold and found it hard to believe that hardly anybody else had such an easy buy. Turns out Select had their own special hell just for me. I'm fucking ropeable.

To add insult to injury, I've missed out on the Sam Walsh Hilites card for this week too...

I would say it’s because you weren’t a bot they only sold the general release to bots
