Yeah but the problem is if its reported to the police as stolen they will just come and take it until ownership is established. This is where this whole thing can get very very messy for all involved - especially if Cherry cant prove it was given to him as collateral. I would hate to be in this situation.

This is the reason why threads like this get out of hand and shouldn't really be able to go on and on and on like this... And these sorts of comments are made by keyboard warriors that don't know the full story and just make ****%^nt remarks of the cuff cos they can.

Yes the info needs to be made public, yes the guy in question is looking like the bad guy right now, and is no matter what to a point because of the stalling and so on...

But just remember, he has ALWAYS worked mass hours in his job, he has also taking on a new roll... All the people stating it would be IMPOSSIBLE for him not to get to a post office need to realize that not everyone lives the same lives and it is quite possible to not be able to make it to a post office... i can only get into a PO every second saturday morning!! I don't have one close enough to get to and so on in my lunch break and I have a boss that watches our comings and goings like a fking hawk and if we are outside of them then the world is at an end in his view!!

While this is very damning and if he has literally done the dodge and bolted with money and cards then it really is a shame and he deserves to be hung for it...... People just need to remember that not everyone leads the same lives!

Steve, if you are aware of this coming out you need to make it known WTF is going on... Seriously, people need to keep their opinions to them selves and let the right people deal with it rather then get their 2 cents in!!!

Also one thing to remember, this is a mass high end deal and there was no deal thread made anywhere??? How simple would it be to hide the amount that is exchanging hands etc etc but still have it agreed to somewhere, and then keep emails and pm's as proof to what is exactly being traded.......

Every story has 2 sides, every action can have a consequence, while I feel for Bolli in a big way, there was a few things that should have been done but weren't! I really hope this gets sorted and all people involved don't lose out too much!!!!

If Grayson was in possession of the card BEFORE said sale was agreed to and organized then it's a case of fraud, not stolen property... It would be easy for G to prove he had it first.... Email from Steve would do it.

He is not going to do that and implicate himself for fraud.

All im really trying to say is with cops involved and another third party involved unfortunately for everyone it could get messy quickly. I dont know this guy but i hope he just comes forward and tries to fix whatever has gone wrong.

when was the last time anyone ever heard from this guy online or in person?

I meant as in an email from Steve stating he was sending it as collateral dated before the sale! Should have made that clear...

This is already messy as hell! Will only get worse for all from here on in you'd think either way!

I had a fb msg about a week ago I think. Mentioned the extreme workload etc etc and hoped to get back active here soon.

In the first month (after I asked why he still hasn´t shipped the card) Steve told me that he will drive to the post office on Saturday to ship the card because he hasn´t the time from Monday to Friday. I said "no problem my friend". One month later I asked once again for the shipping details and then he told me that he can´t ship the card on Saturday with Express Service

Damn, I had so a bad feeling but I was still respectful because he was still my friend and I knew that he is very busy. Of course I was in the bad situation that he already had my 2 Jordan cards and the time for a claim for the first payment was over #-o

I tried to believe that Steve will hold his word but I got this => :fist: hahahahaha...sorry, I have to laugh. I love the smiles in your Community

I have to say thank you all for your help. Some of your try to contact him and some of you try to help me with the police & Lawyer in Australia. Every help is welcome

Steve KNEW he didn't have possession of this card yet offered it up for trade/sale!

What it comes down to is Steve has made a deal for a card that he has already given to another party as collateral for $ owed, so all the time he was making the deal with Bolli, he never actually had the card in hand, I have had trades and deals with Steve and never had a problem as most members here haven't. BUT in the long run he has scammed another person with something he did not have. I know people are going to jump on this but this is in site rules

f) Payments MUST NOT be sent via PayPal as a "gift" under any circumstance. Sellers must not request payment as a gift. Sellers should either request Direct Deposit, or request the buyer pays the PayPal fees if they wish to avoid fees. g) Selling or trading card(s) or boxes that you don't have in hand is not allowed. You must have the card(s)/boxes in hand before they can be included in a deal. This includes presales of cases unless approved under point (g)

b) All trades or sales must be posted in the Submit Sale & Trade Agreements forum and a response left by the other party agreeing to the deal. Cards/payment should not be sent until BOTH parties have agreed to the deal.

Not saying that Steve was therefore allowed to 'scam' Bolli, but looks like this wasn't done?

I think your comment is perfectly valid. Just saying the blame can't be placed all on Steve. I still don't understand why a deal thread wasn't done at all between the two.

@Richo: yes, I got many emails from him. I think I have them all and I put many of them in a word file. I´m not at home at the moment but when I come home I´ll post some of his emails.

@lilreddevil: you are right but when a "friend" ask me if we can make it not puplic then normally it´s not a problem for me. Now we know why he wanted that because he didn´t want that someone (specially "G") see this deal. Like I said I can give my password to a MOD in this Community and he will see in my personal messages that I had a deal with Steve.

I think it´s proof that Steve is a cheater when he dealt with me without having the card

Oh that's right. Didn't think of that. Personally really want him to come clean. I remember about a month ago, he listed a Randolph Letterman Auto 4/8 from UD Black on eBay for 30 days and I sent over an offer and he never got back to me...never knew something like this would pop up someday.

It's not that hard to get on for half an hour, I don't care how many hours he is working, I leave home at 5.30am and get home at about 7pm most nights, bainy and I did a little deal, he made a banner for my website and I sent him cards in return, we never did a trade thread so because of that did I send his cards? YES I did, now our deal was not in the thousands like this was, damn I even went without internet for weeks when moving house, still managed to get to a mate's place or internet cafe to keep people updated, I know if it was my $ I would be pissed big time, come to think of it I think I have seen plenty of posts about ebay buyers not paying for .99c cards and members venting here. Everyone has to remember it's not a few $ and unless you have won the lotto, I don't think anyone could take a hit like that with a smile on their face. Well thats enough from me tonight I have to get out of bed at 5am lol.
