You’ll have to excuse*Joe White*if he seems especially over-stressed and under-rested these days. It’s White, you see, who’s responsible for coordinating and executing every one of the*seemingly countless*signings required to ensure Panini America’s 2011 NFL Rookie Card*lineup remains as on-card intensive as possible.
And right about now, White’s*in overdrive, absolutely engulfed by the whirlwind*of dates and times and shipping information and deadlines*required to*successfully facilitate*sit-down signing sessions for the top*RCs*in 2011 Absolute Memorabilia, Crown Royale, Certified, Gold Standard, Limited, Plates & Patches and, soon, Playoff Contenders and National Treasures.
I say all of that to say this: White just this week received and started shipping out the hot-off-the-presses*– and darn good-looking — RCs and accompanying parallels for 2011 Gold Standard Football. So I*took advantage of*White’s back being turned to scan a few of the cards*for the gallery that follows.
Not long after these images were captured, they were carefully boxed up and shipped expeditiously*to one of the several NFL destinations around the country. The next time you see these beauties, they’ll be*autographed — and they’ll be spectacular.
