"The Mayor" - big PG with range and a decent outside shot, can cover 2s and perimeter orientated Sfs too. Would've been close to a lottery pick if it wasn't for his injury. Don't sleep on him! Once the Pistons season is done look for him to get extended minutes in what is no longer so much a crowded backcourt....

Hope he gets a chance! Watched some highlights of him, some draft workouts and some D-League stuff and he looks the goods.

Don;t be sleeping on my man Will 'The Thrill' Barton! Since crossing to Denver has been putting up some impressive stats.... Few twenty point games, crashing the boards, hitting the three ball - doesn't do any one thing particularly well but is a pure bred athlete who does lots of things at an above average clip! Up tempo Nuggets small ball game gets him better shots in the offensive system as he's getting to the rim or charity stripe. Not having to handle the ball or play out of position at SF helps him out too. All in 20 to to 30 minute clips a game.

Trying to decide ROY

Wiggins Averages to now in 35mins/game - 15.7pts, 4.3reb, 1.9ast, 1.1stl, 0.6blk - team record 14-49, PIE 7.6
Noel Averages in 31mins/game - 8.8pts, 7.8reb, 1.6ast, 1.8stl, 1.9blk - team record 14-50, PIE 9.7

Notes: Since the All-Star break, Noel has averaged 11.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.8 blocks, and 2.8 steals and he’s also the only NBA player in the top 10 in both blocks (eighth) and steals (10th).

SO CLOSE - will give it to Wiggins because I think voters will 1) love the higher PPG average and 2) they've been watching him already for YEARS on youtube and will have a sentimental sway to give him the pretigious ROY award.

Kyrie 20/32 FG for 57pts in win over Spurs. First player with 50+ vs Spurs since Bernard King in 1984.

Wiggins will win it - popularity contest. Plus he's a two way player whereas Noel isn't exactly an offensive asset. Marketing wise the NBA want's to put the #1 pick on its posters with him throwing down a big dunk. Not the guy who slid down the draft board and is on one of the worst teams going around. Plus, Wiggins has been better for longer this season - although you can't dismiss the 'rookie wall' which seems to hit about this time.....
