I recently sold three FF sig cards to Shinboner and They were not in mint condition. I did not notice this at the time of posting and he issued a complaint to me.
I have refunded him the full amount and publicly apologise for selling And not mentioning cards were not mint.
Life is a bit hectic and it was an oversight. So please accept my apology to the OzCT community and Pete. As I said to Pete privately I would accept his negative feedback to the situation.

Tony, i've had incidents where i've received damaged cards in the past (not from you)

It happens sometimes for a multitude of different reasons and i believe no one deliberately sells cards on here with the intention of misleading or ripping people off.

In my opinion you have done everything possible to rectify the issue and even gone above and beyond by making a public statement. I'm positive when i say this that i can speak on behalf of everyone that has dealt with you in the past, which include me and say that none of this will affect your good standing on Ozcard. :thumbsup:

I look forward to our next deal mate and hopefully WC can beat the Pies at least once at the G before i depart this beautiful world. Not holding my breath though. ;)

Hi Tony, This post of yours is further proof to me that you are a true champion of this collecting community. I can appreciate that life can get hectic and I completely accept your apology and am 100 % satisfied that you did not notice the damage.

I have now returned your cards via registered post and will send you the tracking number via PM shortly.

You will not be receiving anything other than positive feedback from me.

I hope this does not affect our future trading with each other.

Thanks Pete means a lot to me as I pride myself as an honest and trustworthy contributor to not only here but family, cricket and community in general. A bit old school but I always say sorry when there is a mistake made, and put my hand up when needed.
