Jacko we have an anti-scalping law. Basically you cant sell a ticket at more than face value or you get fined. First offence is $5k fine. Also the ticket gets cancelled. So buyer and seller both lose big. But its a big risk paying over the odds anyway, with fake tickets. I think people should be free to make money personally. How is it any different to buying other items with the intent of flipping?
The way around scalping laws is to sell the ticket as a package. This is how non-competing clubs make a buck with their allocated tickets not used by players. Basically my ticket is worth $100, but I will charge you $1000. For that you will get breakfast and trasnsfers to the game.
