Another 97 Select Cricket box break

I was in card Zone today and found out they are moving shop, but Linda said they weren't going far! Anyway as i was there i decided to buy another box of 97 select cricket in the Vain attempt to find the mythical Steve Waugh Signature!!

Alas even with the Help of my Wife's Mojo all we got is listed below!

Ian Chappell Captains card C8
Ian Healy 6 Dismissals H7
Strike rates 9,10,11,12
Parallels 1,7-14

Oh well maybe next time

Nice box anyways mate and shame about the SW! I remember him saying that the case we got on here was the last sealed case he had - did you ask how many boxes he had left? Funny/frustrating thing is there could be some laying in loose packs that may have been returned from newsagencys...

not sure mate! thay had a couple more at least, he told Liam he didn't have anymore cases left but i think he has loads!!

Aah a typical salesman then. He is obviously wanting some panic buying.
I have to go into the city over the next couple of weeks so I might grab a box.

i bought 2 boxes over weekend and am waiting for them to arrive. i asked steve how many he had left.....

We have quite a few boxes of returned goods from Newsagency. They are all mint condition boxes. As to the factory case, I not not sure as they are in the storage room. But I believe I should have at least 1 or 2 case left.
The factory case should be continuing numbered boxes of 20. The case outside is badly damaged, but inside is not problem. The boxes from returned stock of newsagency are all mixed numbered as these stock are coming back from everywhere in australia. In saying that, these are exactly the same stock as box from factory case.
