Whats the sig on the #2 of Erving jersey? And...what sized person would they fit?

The signiture is Julius Ervings, The sig is stitched on, And i'm around 5 ft 10... and it use to fit me alright, if not a bit too big for me... so it would be ideal for an average sized man standing at around 5 11, 6 foot.
