2023 TeamCoach Neon Star Powers

Hey guys.
I was lucky enough to pull a Neon Star Powers from a TeamCoach pack last night.
However, I can't find anywhere what benefit it is when using the code.
Eg. the "Team" Star Powers doubles the points of that player when playing the Star Powers game on the TeamCoach site.
What does the Neon do? Or is it just a high end collectable card?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

When you input the code, the website tells you what it's redeemed for.

The reason I ask is I'm not sure if it worth more if I sold it with an unused code or not?
