I've listed up all 18 Captain Cards from 2016 Elite which were signed by David Cain last year. Each card was authenticated by ESP with the NRL Hologram on the back. I haven't seen too many of these surface.

I was upset with the one I got done in invisible ink. Thought it would turn out better ..................

Nah i wasnt the only one and it was only because of @parrathruandthru that i was able to get foran in blue, but most got it in the black

There was no orange pen there that day.

I actually think these went very cheap for how few there would be.
