1994 Rugby League Official Collector Cards Album

Hey guys, i just received this cards album from an old friend (they are moving overseas) but I'm not sure what is the value of it. Are you able to help me out?
It is in new condition with full set of cards PLUS 5 x Signature Gold Card (see pic below). Thanks!

Sigs 150ish each

Base set 40

Regular gold cards 10 each

All estimates but check ebay sold listings etc for a guide but be wary of where a card has sold and then been relisted as could be someone inflating prices
