1993 94 topps autos

It may be a scoreboard auto?? They did lots of buybacks at one point and stamped the card with their seal for authenticity?

Yep i think so too. Along with the buyback balls, jersey's, plaque's they use to hand out.

I agree. Looks very much like a scoreboard auto buyback. They are usually not that expensive as there are fakes out there - someone with a scoreboard embossing stamp doing their own autos and stamping the corners.
 
Wouldn't touch it without seeing a COA first. If it was a scoreboard auto, it would have one. But .99c, you can take a chance without losing too much.
