I’ll be moving on my set of 1970 Scanlens shortly. Only advertised here for now but will move to the socials if need be.
It’s a hard item to price given there are so few complete sets around and even less that are offered for sale. There was one on eBay recently for $8k and I’ve seen one here for $10k a couple of years back..
I’m not looking for those $ but I’m not sure if selling as a set will be a better option than offering individually given some of the prices for single cards these days.
The set is in varying condition, some Near Mint, some Average/Poor. Some of the more sought after single cards are in VG/NM con. Of the 66 in the set about 13 need upgrading (id been slowly doing this over the years). Those numbers are #2, #5, #7, #21, #23, #29, #31, #40, #51, #53, #54, #62, #66.
Anyways, some pics below, if interested shoot me a pm, but for the purposes of having to list a price, let’s say $5500 which is about $80 a card. I know a few of these at least can fetch over $200 so I think that’s a fair starting point anyways..
