07-08 Fleer Michael Jordan Re-Released

I opened a 07-08 Fleer basketball pack and inside was a Re-Released 02-03 Michael Jordan Platinum Portraits 15 of 15 PP.
Just wondering if any body can tell me if it is any good or the value of this card. Also any other comments are welcome.

This is a picture of the card and it was in a plastic sleeve with another card at the back of it saying it was a re released card,

Is that the Wizards one or the one from the original Skybox? If it's the 1st sell value is around $1-5 max.
