I thought that the Uncirculated ones were the Blue Refs/X-Fra's/Super Fra's??

Nope. It's legit.

There were only a couple of reports early of this "mistake" and as such the early cards like this sold at a premium. Since then, it has been found to be more common than originally thought.

Why they did it ? Who knows .. Topps original response was to send the card in and they would "fix" the problem (read : take the card out of the case and send it back)

No different. Its the same card, just encased (obviously).

I saw that Hill - if you try and win the Harris, get me the Hill too!
