Mailer was in perfect condition and glue was intact. Although its probably easy to use a razor blade to cut through the glue and stick it back.

Hey Coopz, Thanks for the response. I actually thought the same thing and contacted PSA in July. Apparently they cant get a location from a search and they can only deactivate the certifications as long as there is a police report.
