Official Draft Thread

Jason Richardson For Brandon Wright!

this is only proposed, not official yet.

if it is official, it's a stupid deal.

Brandon Wright has just as much talent and potential as Greg Oden and Kevin Durant.

He was easily the #3 player in this draft if not higher and he only slipped to what, #8? - because other needs were drafted higher such as PG's, SF's etc.

Wright is going to develop into such a terrific player, one who will do a lot more than Jason Richardson has done, you already have Adam Morrison, Jared Dudley etc why would you want Richardson. You have Gerald Wallace also, this is stupid.

Nick Fazeskas picked now at #34, this is a solid pick. He has inside and outside game, he's a 7-footer who can shoot the 3 ball and he can play inside, he has great hands.

Steve Novak comparison here by the ESPN crew.

Where is Derrick Byars + Josh Mcroberts? These two guys were both top 20 prospects on most established NBA Draft sites.

Byars was going as low as 12, Mcroberts as low as around 15-17.

YEAAAAAAAH BABY!

#35 pick for the Seattle Sonics (who will be given to Boston because of the Ray Allen trade) is Glen Davis.

If Boston had in their minds to draft Davis the whole time, now the Ray Allen trade makes some sense to me, because here's a big body to play next to Al Jefferson.

Glen Davis was a lottery pick last year after LSU went to the Final 4, he's going to do some serious damage!! :D
