Hi All,
I have had a reply from Neil following his investigation into what has happened. I am satisfied with the reply that I have been given, including resolutions and I have advised him that I am happy with this and that I hope that this doesn't ever occur again.
Now that I feel that this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction I will not be making any further comments on the matter.
Thank you to everybody for there support on this matter over the past few days. It is truly appreciated.

Neil Armstrong Re Darren Harding's point the spares run for the first three cards have been destroyed this morning. For every set from POTW Weak 4 onwards only a single set have been run and will continue to do so until the end of the series. I have sent an apology and a more detailed response to Chris Pocock and we will attempt to get the rogue No 9 back. Apologies to all, but it was human error. Hope you are enjoying the series.
Based on those comments I am assuming the collecting community will be kept in the dark as to what is actually going on. Duplicate cards, cards without redemptions, changing of Ebay user names. More questions than answers.
It's a shame because I think we have all enjoyed having cricket cards back but losing faith in the product.
yeah thank for the update but that really is a very minimal attempt to weasel out without answering any questions. I am not saying theu are in the wrong but the longer they avoid actually answering how and the other dubious stuff that's going on I will just assume the worst as no reason to dodge questions if nothing is wrong.

I totally agree @Tap'N'play Trading Cards have totally ignored to tell us why there are all these high end patch cards with no redemptions and unnumbered patch cards are out there why the eBay seller has changed user name?
Losing faith in product why should I fork out good money on the product when there is so many things left unanswered
Only in the last couple of months, I pulled out some of my folders & was looking through my signatures & sets. Then I started looking at a lot of great releases I may have missed. I'm watching a lot of these cards mentioned here, from the same seller's I'm assuming and was looking to make a fairly big purchase.
Something else happened as I've been purchasing some lithographs at really cheap prices. I recently got around to opening them (my fault, taking time finding frames & in between other things) but something is off. I'm still trying to get full info first. I've got an "A-Tag COA" that's got a CA regular sticker you could pull off a tag at BigW on it & that was after complaining about one that arrived with no stated COA. Like I said still trying to find full info first so no names, 2 eBay accounts, same supplier.
I am so glad for this forum & thankful on finding this thread before purchasing said patch/signature cards. Such a shame, been out of the loop for a long time.
