does anyone else find it funny the all star comps have prize money?

like does anyone else feel kind of weird about it? like if it was going to charities then fair enough, but giving cash prizes to dudes who already earn millions seems kinda wrong

maybe if they had "home viewers" or something who won...

well they were talking about charities, but it wasnt like "with dirk winning this event, the charity money goes to the RSPCA" or anything like that

it felt to me as a seperate thing...like the players got the cash, and the "sponsor" of the event was giving money to charity seperately...

why else did chuck and reggie get so excited about the cash, and why would they have money for placings?

Just more money for charities i would say. It wass a pretty big deal...$100K per event!!
