Authentics Jerseys - Need Help

For anyone who has one, or has SEEN one up close...

I need to identify a patch I have on a card.

It's part of a tag, I'm just not sure where the tag is located..

Can anyone help out with scan or photos of their jerseys up close (just the tags is all I need). And where they are located.......

Thats not a jersey tag. Its a Devin Harris scratch and sniff jock strap tag.
