Another PayPal Help..

Filed a complaint just recently, and today have received an email saying the seller has provided tracking information (amazing what they can come up with when PAYPAL ASK!!).

I checked my status online, and it's still saying "Awaiting Sellers Response".

Do I need to do anything, or should I just await another response from PayPal?

The email was automated.
 
I take it this is 'that' card that hasn't turned up yet matey :wink:

If they have proof then get them to email the reg number to you. You should be able to get a confirmation using the usps website. I've been tracking my 'card' since it got shipped last Wednesday.

If they don't have a reg number and are only showing a reciept take it up with paypal as thats not good enough and they shoudn't side with the seller. The seller has to actually show a DC or tracking number to prove shipping. Thats why most wont send here as with an unconfirmed address and no proof they don't stand a chance of winning on a chargeback.

SO get the proof of the seller for yourself too. If they wont give it to you ring paypal and go off :twisted:

I'll do it. I like yelling at useless people over the phone! LOL
