word is Clippers are likely to amnesty Mo Williams, just a thought on that......if clippers had of kept Davis and there pick last year instead of making that trade with cleveland, they could have Picked up Derrick Williams in with the 1st pick, there lineup could have looked like this

What he says during a potential bidding process means little, he said they were keeping Billups and didn't.

Davis is now a FA from now as no one bidded on him and have already heard a report he is heading to NY for the Knicks Nets game tomorrow and his back isn't as bad as 1st assessments and could be right within 2 weeks. The Knicks need 2 players and can only spend 2.5mil to get them, with the FA pool getting smaller and smaller if a player off his quality wants to come for less than that who is an offensive style player I can't see the knicks turning him down.
